IFRS Foundation plans autumn decision on intl sustainability standards board

Financial regulators are considering setting up a globally recogned sustainability standard-setter in the wake of the global climate change crisis, it has been revealed. Environmental, social and governance reporting is among the key issues being discussed by the financial regulator.
