Green groups file FTC complaint against Chevron over climate claims
US oil giant Chevron has been accused of misleading consumers about its actions to combat climate change, according to a report from the US trade watchdog, the Reuters has learned. Environmental groups have claimed that the company has overstated its investment in renewable energy.
