New report : World 60 largest banks have poured $3 . 8 trillion into fossil fuels since Paris Agreement ; climate groups sound alarm as financing for fossil fuel expansion continues to rise

The Paris Agreement on climate change has become a major threat to the global economy, according to an annual report published by the Royal Bank of Scotland in the New York Times. Scientists believe that fossil fuel banks have pumped more than $3.8 trillion into the industry.
