Historic victory : court tells Shell to slash emissions on Big Oil day of climate pain
Oil giant Royal Dutch Shell has been ordered to cut its carbon emissions by 45% by 2030, in a landmark ruling that could threaten the future of the world's fossil fuel economy, according to environmental activists.
