IMF calls for pricing and taxing of carbon to mitigate climate risks
Taxes on carbon should be introduced as a shadow carbon price based on regulation, the Green Swan conference has been told by the head of the International Monetary Fund, Kristalina Georgieva, which is leading efforts to tackle the climate change.
