BlackRock CEO says Shell decarbonisation ruling not a solution
Royal Dutch Shell has warned that a court ruling against the company’s planned greenhouse gas emissions cuts could shift the global decarbonisation problem to private firms, according to the British Financial Times newspaper BK.N.
