The $100 Billion Market for Carbon Offsets Is Struggling to Be Born
The Bank of England and Standard Chartered Plc have set up a new market for carbon offsets, which could be worth $100 billion by the end of the decade, up from $100bn. The theory behind it is being conceived by Mark Carney and Bill Winters.
