Court allows Greenpeace to use Australia AGL Energy logo in campaign on biggest climate polluter

Australia’s biggest fossil fuel company, AGL Energy, has lost a legal battle against Greenpeace over its trademark infringement claims.A court has ruled that the company had failed in its copyright claim for using its logo in an online advertising campaign.
