Net - zero Scotland : Programme to unlock £200m of public sector investment

A new scheme to tackle climate change in Scotland has been given the go-ahead by the Scottish government, according to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Climate Change (MoC) in the wake of the global warming crisis. However, it is not a new model.
