Almost half of united kingdom people feel unable to tackle climate change , survey suggests
One in four adults in England, Scotland and Wales admitted to not engaged with the climate change agenda, research suggests, despite a lack of collective movement to help them tackle the issue, writes the BBC's annual survey of young people.
