In rare bipartisan move , Senate approves bill to help farmers profit on climate action
The US Senate has passed a bill aimed at helping farmers in the country’s greenhouse gas economy to work with the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) to develop their own carbon credit schemes, according to the assembly's chief executive.
