Letter to the editor : Maine should say no to CMP green - energy scam
Climate change is a key issue in the debate over climate change in Maine, according to the government’s Environmental Protection Commission (CMP) chief executive Jonathan Marcus, who has been involved in an investigation into the project's impacts on greenhouse-gas emissions.
