EU to use finance to create climate neutral continent
The EU's climate strategy has been unveiled by the European Commission, which aims to create a "climate-neutral continent" in the next decade.The EU has announced it will focus on the financial sector to reach its goals of eliminating its net emissions by half way through the century.
