Africa : Critics and Backers Urge Tough Rules to Revive Ailing Carbon Markets
A task force set out steps to revive ailing carbon offset markets, the U.N. government has announced on Thursday. Climate change activists have called for transparency and clear rules to be tightened by the government's Task Force.
