Majority of Scottish businesses have no plans to cut carbon emissions in next year
The Scottish government has admitted that it will not be able to meet its ambitious climate targets without investment in private investment, according to a new report published by the Office for National Statistics, BBC Scotland has learned. However, it has been told it is not enough.
