SEC Chairman Gensler Orders Review of Fund ESG Disclosures
Fund managers are being warned to avoid inflated language around environmental, social and governance allocations, amid concerns that some in the industry have making unfounded sustainability claims, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has said.
