Deutsche Bank Chief Blames Europe for Keeping Banks Small
The chief executive of Deutsche Bank has called for more regulation of large banks in Europe, saying it is a “questionable course” to regulate large lenders across the bloc, but says it’s not enough to keep them from getting big.
