Environmentalists vow to block woodchip export plan in NSW Hunter region

A renewable energy company is seeking investor backing for a plan to supply biomass to Japanese power plants in Newcastle, which could be used by nuclear power stations in the Highlands and Northern Territory, the BBC understands.
