MEPs decry inclusion of do no significant harm principle in Horizon Europe | Science
MEPs have called for a change in the EU’s proposals to grant scientists the greenhouse gas scheme to develop renewable energy projects to encourage researchers to do more to protect their species and habitats. They say they are concerned.
