Should the EU ban fossil fuel ads ? Climate groups say yes .

Greenpeace activists have blocked the entrance to Shell’s oil refinery in the Netherlands to protest against a ban on fossil fuel advertising and sponsorship across the European Union, including tobacco and cigarette adverts, in an effort to tackle climate change.
