Oil And Gas Companies Will Never Truly Be Carbon Neutral
The arrival of the ‘carbon neutral’ oil barrel and the liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargo could be the best shot at immediate emissions reduction, according to a new report from the Royal Society of Energy and Natural Gas (SAC).
