Malcolm Offord : Acorn Project rejection is good new for Scotland

The UK Government has decided not to engage with a Scottish carbon capture cluster in track-1 if it chooses to discontinue engagement with the project in the North Sea, it has been announced, according to the SNP's chief executive.
