Oil giant Saudi Arabia sees opportunity in climate crisis

The Saudis are sticking with oil, and they want it to be a "circular carbon economy" at the United Nations' COP26 climate talks in Glasgow, starting on Sunday.The message screamed out loud and clear at this week's conference in Riyadh:
