Discipline needed if GFanz $130tr is to affect climate change
The financial backers of the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFanz) say they have spent more than $130tr to shift the world to net zero emissions. But without proper regulation, it will do very little to stop the global warming up.
