FCA Launches Discussion on Sustainability Disclosure Requirements and Product Labels | Latham & Watkins LLP

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published a consultation paper on climate-related disclosures for investment products, following the government’s recent Roadmap to Sustainable Investing (Green Taxonomy), the FCA has confirmed in the Spending Review.
