COP26 : Warning SNP may have to redraw climate strategy after carbon capture snub
The Scottish prime minister has called on the UK government to back a plan for Scotland’s carbon reduction target by 2030, ahead of the COP26 climate summit in Glasgow next week. However, the SNP has been accused of failing to secure funding from Westminster.
