Obama implores world leaders to step up now to avert climate disaster | Cop26
US President Barack Obama has accused China and Russia of failing to attend climate talks at the Glasgow COP26 summit, saying they are “nowhere near where we need to be at” in cutting greenhouse gas emissions, while the leaders of two of the world’s largest emitters decline to even attend.
