COP26 takeaways : Some progress in climate pact but much more needed

The Glasgow climate pact has been hailed as a "fragile win" by the United Nations' most recent meeting on the issue.The UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has said that the deal is "not enough" and says that it's weak.
