Glasgow climate summit was high on words , but low on action
The Glasgow climate pact has been called a success, but the international pressure on the country to ratchet up its ambitions is being raised by India, which promised to achieve carbon neutrality by 2070. The BBC’s Geeta Pandey looks at how the summit ended.
