Green groups raise concerns over Carney carbon credits plan
The UK and the United Nations have called for a global increase in the number of carbon offsets sold, which could lead to billions of new carbon credits being sold around the world, to reach net zero.The BBC has learned that they have been asked to discuss the issue.
