Investors Scoop Up Office - Tower Bonds Even as Delinquencies Rise

The rate of delinquency in Central Bank of Scotland (CMBS) has risen for the first time in 18 months in December, according to a report from analysts looking at mortgage bonds backed by office buildings, the Financial Times reports.
