KUOW - Seattle green power violates salmon legal rights , tribe says
A Native Indian tribe in Washington has filed a lawsuit against its traditional territory in the North Cascades to claim they have rights to protect climate change and healthy environments. The lawyers have been told that the fish should be protected from human-caused global warming.
