GB farmland values forecast to rise , analysis shows
The supply of publicly marketed farmland in England is unlikely to recover to those seen historically in the short to medium term, according to the Competition and Rural Development Agency (Savills) agency. Farmers are being asked to pay a lump sum exit scheme.
