Charles Stanley hires new CIO as Jon Cunliffe exits

The Bank of Englands new chief executive (CIO) has announced a reshuffle of his work at B&CE, the financial services giant which runs the firm. Following Jon Cunliffe, it has been revealed that he would probably struggle to explain Brexit.
