India Capital Markets Regulator Proposes Tighter ESG Rules
India’s Securities and Exchange Board has proposed stricter regulation of environmental, social and governance ratings (Environmental Environmental rating) providers in a bid to curb the risks of greenwashing and misuse of credit-rating firms, reports Bloomberg.
