Shell carbon - capture facility generates more emissions than it prevents
Scientists have claimed that a hydrogen fuelling plant by Royal Dutch Shell has failed to capture greenhouse gases that weren't captured in the past half-decade, according to an international human rights organisation which says it could be responsible for global warming.
