Climate change : EU moves to label nuclear and gas as sustainable despite internal row
Austria has said it will join in legal action over a decision to classify fossil fuel and nuclear power as "green energy" if they meet climate change targets, if it wins the European Court of Justice next month. Both countries have called on the EU to reverse the decision.
