Duke Energy solar energy plan sparks concerns among some activists
A plan to encourage private solar power ownership in North Carolina has been approved by the state’s utility watchdog, according to the National Union of Climate Change (UNC) in the Democratic Republic (NEC). However, it is not a priority.
