UK and Scottish governments agree to put two green freeport in Scotland
The Scottish government has rejected plans to set up new freeports in Scotland and Wales without the backing of devolved governments, according to the prime minister, David Cameron, and SNP MSP Ivan McKee, who has been involved in the process.
