Freeports in Scotland should result in a major economic boost

It is an opportunity now available thanks to the UK being no longer subject to rules of the EU, the bloc that makes Scotland a freeport, according to Prime Minister Boris Johnson. The BBC’s Jonathan Head looks at the challenges facing the Scottish government.
