Former book council boss who broke ranks with Labour , says PN only hope for change

A former chairman of Malta’s National Book Council has said he will vote for the party to restore rule of law once in power, following the re-election of Robert Abela as leader of the Labour Party in February. However, he says he wants to be opposed.
