Germany includes plug - in hybrids to achieve target of 15 million EVs by 2030
Germany has become the first country in the world to cut carbon emissions by 2040, according to a report from the Environmental Protection Agency (WMO) in Berlin, Germany s environment ministry says, as part of its efforts to tackle climate change.
