BP Weighs Selling Rosneft Stake Back to Russian Explorer

British oil giant BP has said it is willing to sell its stake in a Russian oil company back to the state-controlled Russian explorer, amid growing concerns about the fate of the countrys oil producers and sanctions on the oil industry.
