Plastic industry leans on Filipino negotiators over plastics treaty
The Department of Natural Resources (DENR) secretary and vice-chairperson of the National Solid Waste Management Commission (NSWMC) have been appointed by the Philippines' Department for National Environmental Protection (DNR), according to a report published on Wednesday in Manila.
