New York power companies want to expand the meaning of zero emissions
New York’s state Senate has passed a bill that would support zero emissions energy systems, which could shift the course of energy policy, potentially opening the back door for power plants to keep polluting past the legal deadline to achieve 100% greenhouse gas-free grid.
