Ontario plan to sell clean energy credits doesnt wash with environmental groups
Environmental groups have criticised a plan to sell greenhouse gas credits to businesses in the Canadian city of Ontario, which could be cheaper than the country's electricity generation system, if the government does not approve the move, the BBC understands.
