Asian banks falling short on decarbonisation efforts
The Bank of Asia is failing to meet global climate goals, according to a new report published by the BBC's environment correspondent David Stanway and Zoey Zhang, BBC Monitoring Asia presenter and environment analyst Zoes Zhang and environmental campaigner Angela Merkel.
