SEC Proposes Watershed Climate - Related Disclosure Requirements | Cooley LLP
Public companies could be required to disclose climate-related information in their financial statements, the Securities and Exchange Commission has announced. The proposal has been published by the Treasury and Financial Services Authority (SEC) in the New York Times.
