SEC Proposes Watershed Climate - Related Disclosure Requirements - Corporate / Commercial Law
Public companies could be required to disclose climate-related information in their financial statements, according to a new proposal by the UK's Treasury and Financial Services Commission (SEC), which has been published in the New York Stock Exchange.
