BlueTriton claims puffery as it pushes back on plastic bottle lawsuit
BlueTriton Brands is using the word "puffery" as a threat to environmental protection claims against its bottled waters in the US and Canadian states of Maryland, according to the company's chief executive Jeremy Corbyn.
